As a Salesforce Engineer at WN Infotech, you will be a key member of our technology team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable Salesforce solutions. Your Role and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and other declarative features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process automation, and recommend solutions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce implementations, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve our Salesforce implementations.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative features.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and Salesforce Workbench.
- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies, such as REST API, SOAP API, and Salesforce Connect.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security model, and sharing rules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder, are highly desirable.
- Minimum of [X years] of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
